Outdated Tactics
The 2019 playbook doesn't work in the 2026 marketplace. New algorithms, new ad surfaces, new compliance - you'll waste money on dead strategies.
Now accepting new students
I’m Jakub. I sell on Amazon full-time, and I built a system from scratch to do it. Now I’m hand-picking a small group of sellers to mentor 1 to 1 - and to build a team with.
Direct 1-to-1 mentorship · Real screenshots · No upsells · Limited spots

The proof in numbers
They sold one product in 2019, made a course, and disappeared into Lamborghini commercials. Their tactics are dead. Their screenshots are old. Their advice will lose you money - and you’ll never speak to them again after you swipe your card.
The 2019 playbook doesn't work in the 2026 marketplace. New algorithms, new ad surfaces, new compliance - you'll waste money on dead strategies.
You'll get a Discord invite, a few automated emails, and a coach you'll never speak to twice. When something actually breaks, you're alone.
Revenue screenshots that hide losses. Course gurus dressed as sellers. The numbers look great because they're carefully chosen, not real.
This is not the case with the Elite FBA System.
02 / What makes this different
Three things you don’t get anywhere else in the FBA coaching world. Together, they’re why this works.
Elite FBA is the exact framework I use to run my own Amazon business in 2026. Not theory. Not a five-year-old course. The same product research, sourcing, listing, and scaling moves I'm making this month.
Built from a live business
You get me. Not a “certified coach.” Not a virtual assistant. Direct access to the person who built the system, with full-time support - so when you're stuck on a supplier negotiation at 11pm, you actually get help.
Direct access · Fast responses
This isn't a 5,000-person Discord. It's a small, tight team where everyone knows your name. We share suppliers, celebrate wins, and catch each other when products flop. Real friendships, built through business.
Small · Intentional · Loyal
“I’d rather have ten students I actually know than a thousand I’ll never meet.”
- Jakub

05 / Mentorship
When I say “1-to-1,” I mean it literally. We jump on a call every week to look at your business - your products, your numbers, your blockers. Between calls, you can message me directly, and you’ll get a real reply from the person who built the system.
“Full-time support” isn’t a tagline. It means I work on this every weekday. Most messages get a response in under a few hours. Supplier negotiations, listing reviews, PPC reports, customs panic - that’s what I’m here for.
This is also exactly why I keep the program small. I will not take more students than I can give real attention to. If spots are full, you’ll go on a waiting list - not be talked into joining anyway.
What you actually get
The mentorship isn’t a vibe - it’s a schedule. Here’s exactly what lands in your week, every week.
A real call. Camera on. We open your Seller Central, your P&L, your supplier threads - and we move the needle on whichever number matters most that week.
20 min · every week · recorded for you
Text me when you need me. Supplier ghosting you? PPC report doesn't make sense? Customs panic on a Sunday? You get the same person every time - and a real reply, usually in hours.
Avg. response: under 4 hours · weekdays
Every supplier email, negotiation script, listing audit, PPC report, and launch checklist I use on my own brand. Yours to copy, paste, and adapt - no fluff, no theory, no PDF garbage.
40+ templates · updated continuously
Recorded sessions where I tear apart real listings, real ad accounts, real supplier quotes - including yours. You learn how I think, not just what I'd do.
New teardown every 2 weeks
A week with me

“If one supplier negotiation, one PPC fix, or one flop avoided pays for the program - you’re already ahead. Most students cross that line in their first month.”

06 / The team
The hardest part of building an Amazon business isn’t the work. It’s doing it alone - at your laptop, at midnight, wondering if anyone else is figuring this out too. So we built a team.
If a supplier is good, the team knows. We share contact info, negotiation threads, and pricing openly.
Launch day jitters or customs hold-ups? The group is active daily to troubleshoot problems in minutes, not days.
We celebrate every milestone - from your first unit sold to your first £10k month. Business is better together.
Get honest eyes on your product candidates and listings before you spend a penny on inventory.
Every member is hand-picked. We keep the group small on purpose - small enough that I know everyone’s name, what they’re selling, and where they’re stuck. There’s no pyramid, no upsells, no “tiers.”
What you actually get: people who’ll text you when your launch goes live, share suppliers without gatekeeping, and pick you up when a product flops. We meet up occasionally in person too - because the best stuff happens offline.
“I joined for the system. I stayed for the team.”

07 / Who I am
I run a real Amazon FBA business every day. I’m ordering inventory, refining listings, fighting suppression notices, and staring at PPC reports, the same as my students. I’m not a retired seller. I’m not a coach pretending to be one.
I’ve been an entrepreneur since I was a kid. If there was a margin to be made, I was there, selling sweets in the school corridor or flipping phone cases on eBay. I’ve cycled through 100 different business ideas, but everything changed when I applied that “buy and sell” hustle to the Amazon FBA framework.
I started this business with capital saved from my 9-5 job. I built the systems on the side, refined the sourcing model, and didn’t quit until the income was steady enough to replace my salary. I didn’t get lucky with a “viral” product; I built a repeatable process that works.
I’m teaching now not because I’ve stopped selling, but because I want to build a network of sharp operators. I’m looking for people who value execution over theory. That’s why I keep the group small, and that’s why this isn’t just a course; it’s the blueprint I use every morning.

09 / Questions
No - but the easy version of it is. Random arbitrage and dropshipping the same five products is dead. Building a real brand with margin, defensibility, and decent ad efficiency works as well as it ever has. I make my living from it. So do my students.
No, and the difference matters. I sell on Amazon every day. You get weekly 1-to-1 calls with me, direct messaging access, and the same playbook I use on my own SKUs. If that sounds like a typical FBA course, I haven’t communicated it well.
It means a real human (me) on a weekly call with you, plus messaging access in between. Not a Discord server I drop into once a month. Not a coaching VA. You’ll feel the difference within the first two weeks.
I sell, first. I will happily walk you through my Seller Central on the application call. The teaching is something I’ve added because I want a small team of people I know. It is not replacing my business.
Because I can’t mentor 800 people personally and tell you the truth about it. The cap is the entire point of the program. When spots are full, you go on a waiting list, not a call with a closer.
